Office of Human Resources

Established in 2011, the Office of Human Resources supports the mission of the Diocese by providing consistent, compliant, and pastoral human resources services to diocesan offices, parishes, schools, and affiliated Catholic agencies.

The Office of Human Resources partners with leadership to promote just employment practices, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support those who serve the Church.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Development and maintenance of employment policies, job descriptions, and compensation structures
• Guidance and support in employee relations, employment law compliance, and workforce management
• Administration and oversight of employee benefits and wellness programs
• Collaboration with the Catholic Schools Office on contracts and employment-related resources
• Education and formation through training, workshops, and benefits communications

The Office of Human Resources continues to grow in its capacity to serve the Diocese by providing modern, reliable, and mission-centered HR support.
